Rise, Wizards!
A downloadable game
A dice-stacking, map-making, world-building game of wizard hubris
WIZARD! IT IS YOUR TIME! UNSHACKLE YOURSELF FROM THE MONOLITH AND BECOME WHO YOU WERE ALWAYS MEANT TO BE!
Stack dice, draw on a shared map, and embrace your inner wizard as your tower grows higher and higher. Try to overtake the Monolith, a mysterious artifact that sits at the center of the world. But be warned, power is fragile and your tower may fall, wreaking havoc on the realm for generations to come.
From fantasy wizards trying to destroy an open Hell mouth, to mad scientists so advanced their work looks like magic, to magic mice facing down a cat-tower Monolith. Each game will create a unique and chaotic world for you to explore, whether for an evening or as prologue to a longer campaign.

In this game, you are a Wizard, a hermit Wizard who hasn’t seen much of the world except for the Monolith, a structure so tall everyone can see it regardless of where they are, its influence so strong that it’s affected the entire continent. You have heard there are other Wizards in the world, and they are building towers as well. You must build yours bigger.
What if they’re trying to learn the Monolith’s secrets?
What if they’re going to use their towers to kill you?
What if they become a better Wizard than you?
At a Glance
- Dice-Stacking - Attempt to build the tallest dice tower possible using the full polyhedral set. When it’s your turn to add a room to your Tower, choose which room you want to add next and roll its die. Follow the prompt that corresponds to the room and the die’s value to define your power and the world around you.
- Map-Making - Fill a massive shared map together. As your tower grows, spread your influence across the map, drawing new details with each new floor built. Horizon Questions guide you to describe what you see as you reach new heights.
- Worldbuilding - Build a unique world as you play, ready to take into your favorite TTRPG. The world begins with your creation of The Monolith, the structure that defines the magic of this world and the genre, tone, and potential of your story.
- Option rules - For a variety of play styles
- Remote play rules
- Solo play variant
- An accessible rolling alternative to dice-stacking
